If you would prefer to continue to make appointments in advance you may choose to pay, in full, for your missed or late-cancelled appointment. There will be no penalty for canceling related to signs or symptoms of COVID, or other contagious diseases.

Insurance Billing

Payment is due at the time of services rendered. If the patient would like to use insurance, a Superbill will be provided for patients receiving private acupuncture treatments.
