
Financial Policies for Private treatments $125/hr
1 hour appointment in a private room including intake, treatment, post treatment discussion, rescheduling, and payment. The Acupuncturist may use any modality she feels are clinically appropriate and that the patient agrees to receive including: acupuncture, moxa, gua sha, cupping, bleeding, Tui Na, Shamanic Work, Reiki, lifestyle counseling and coaching.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Contactless payment options preferred:

- Zelle
Other acceptable forms of payment:
- Cash
- Credit Card
Payment for Missed Appointments
Please give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling appointments. After no-showing or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, more than once in a year, you will be asked to make appointments on the day you would like a treatment rather than in advance. If you would prefer to continue to make appointments in advance you may choose to pay, in full, for your missed or late-cancelled appointment. There will be no penalty for canceling related to signs or symptoms of COVID, or other contagious diseases.
Insurance Billing
Payment is due at the time of services rendered. If the patient would like to use insurance, a Superbill will be provided for patients receiving private acupuncture treatments.
